These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KindRelay website and the digital products sold on it (the "Service"). By purchasing or downloading any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The product

KindRelay sells a digital bundle of Canva templates designed for mental health professionals. Templates are delivered as Canva share links accessible immediately after payment. No physical product is shipped.

2. License

Upon successful payment you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for your own professional practice or business, including unlimited client-facing posts. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the templates or any derivative files with third parties, nor make them available on a template marketplace.

3. Payment and pricing

Prices are shown in Euros and include any applicable VAT collected at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All templates, designs, images and copy on this site are the intellectual property of KindRelay or its licensors. The Canva platform itself is operated by Canva Pty Ltd; KindRelay is not affiliated with Canva.

6. Disclaimer

Templates are sold "as is" for design purposes only. The content does not constitute medical, psychological or legal advice. You are responsible for the clinical accuracy and legal compliance of anything you publish.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KindRelay's total liability in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of the seller's place of business. Consumer protection rights under your local law are not affected.
