1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If for any reason the templates are not what you expected, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. No explanation required.

2. How to request a refund

Send an email to hello@kindrelay.com from the address you used at checkout, including your order number. We process refund requests within 3 business days. The amount is returned to the original payment method.

3. EU right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital products, which you lose once download / access has started. Our 30-day guarantee extends well beyond this and applies even after you have accessed the templates.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that show signs of abuse (for example, multiple refunds across different accounts, or redistribution of the templates).
